The 83rd Annual Academy Awards has been held in Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California, on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011. Anne Hathaway, the Oscar host makes an appropriately dramatic accent in a vintage Valentino Haute Couture taffeta gown with floral appliqué train, sparkling Tiffany & Co. diamonds and a scarlet lip. Sandra Bullock, the presenter – and last year’s Best Actress winner! – is striking in a strapless, scarlet Vera Wang gown, crimson clutch and Harry Winston earrings and bangle.
